One of the things I’ve discovered on my own grief journey, is how much I miss my conversations with Keith. I’ve always been one to head to my journal to talk things out. Sometimes it helps to get the things off our hearts and heads, so I created a grief specific journal, with 40 days of prompts. I plan to use this in my practice as a tool to transforming grief. But if you or someone you know is going through a grief journey, they are now available on Amazon.

We are humbled to work along side an extraordinary organization working to help local families fighting cancer. Pam will be teaching a class titled "Slow and Steady". It will combine tools for aiding in the support of life’s transitions. A one hour class of gentle movement, breath-work and meditation, to aid those moving through cancer. Perfect for patients, their families and caregivers, a healing combination supporting those on what ever road of this cancer journey they are on. For more info check out Kin Wellnes.

I'm excited to announce that I am writing a column with THE DOYLESTOWN CARDINAL. A monthly, full-color, community newspaper. The paper is making a difference in our community, which was the perfect fit to join forces for good with. With this column, I hope to bring awareness and education to “Life’s Transitions”, big and small. Not enough awareness is brought to these moments and the pain they can bring. I hope to bring to this column the same education and care I do daily in my grief support practice.

Find our office at 350 E. Butler Ave, Doylestown, right down the street from Del Val University. The suite is convenient for in person sessions, art therapy, grief movement and more. Nestle amongst several excellent holistic practitioners.
